ProSys Fill LLC. announced the purchase of Pendergraph Machines. The purchase is a natural fit between the two companies that share similar markets but offer different filling solutions and complementary products. The purchase of Pendgraph Machines is one designed to promote growth by leveraging the strengths of ProSys and Pendergraph.
ProSys, based out of Webb City, MO, is an expert in filling for the adhesive and sealant markets, pioneering the way viscous and self-leveling products are filled. ProSys has adapted its knowledge of filling challenging products to other markets including Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and Lubricants to create proven, reliable and robust filling solutions. Its experience ranges from standard cartridge and tube filling solutions to complex custom assembly and filling solutions designed and built to last.
“I feel the purchase of Pendergraph will allow us to provide quality systems to a larger customer base previously not served by our current product lines all under the umbrella of the service and support that our customers have come to expect,” said Acyr Borges, ProSys CEO.
Based out of Durham, NC, Pendergraph is a provider of hot melt filling for lip balms, deodorants, creams, scrubs and other cosmetic applications and containers. Pendergraph also brings its vast filling knowledge to Nutraceutical market with its gummy filling lines as well as the variety of container labeling options they provide. With its lean manufacturing process and efficient engineering and operations Pendergraph offers several standard machines with the ability to customize them with the customer's budget in mind.
“We are extremely excited about the acquisition by ProSys it will truly give us the opportunity to focus on our passion which is developing quality, efficient and cost-effective solutions,” said Doug Pendergraph, owner of Pendergraph Machines.
The ProSys and Pendergraph acquisition bridges the gap between smaller filling operations to large scale manufacturing processes and is another step towards the goal of ProSys becoming a truly one-stop shop for filling, labeling, and custom machinery needs.
