NJM, a ProMach product brand, announces the appointment of Christopher (CJ) Hatt as Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern United States. In this role, Hatt is responsible for bringing NJM’s packaging systems, including those from Cremer and Dara Pharma, to pharmaceutical, biotech, nutraceutical, medical device, personal care and other manufacturers and contract packers throughout his region.

“Customers want equipment partners who understand what’s actually happening on their packaging lines day to day,” said Mark Laroche, Vice President of Sales at NJM. “CJ brings impressive engineering expertise and firsthand knowledge of the manufacturing side. His background comes through in how he listens, asks the right questions and supports customers through the decision-making process. It’s exactly the mindset we look for when building our sales team.”

Hatt brings more than a decade of experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging technology. Previously, he was a Regional Sales Manager at Systech International and served as a Technical Sales Engineer at Videojet Technologies. Hatt also spent eight years at Bayer Consumer Health in engineering and manufacturing leadership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Temple University.

“I worked with NJM earlier in my career as a customer, and I was very impressed with both the equipment and the support. NJM’s reputation is well-earned and their capabilities have only continued to expand since joining ProMach,” said Hatt. “My approach to this role is to stay connected with our customers and become a trusted resource they can rely on. This kind of partnership isn’t about always making a sale – it’s about providing real value over the long term.”

Hatt’s territory includes Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia.
