iAutomation, a high-tech automation distributor headquartered in Franklin, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the opening of a new facility in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Known for its expertise in product distribution, robotics, panel assembly, and automation solutions, iAutomation is expanding its capabilities beyond its Franklin headquarters to include the production of panels, cable kits, and other high-quality products at the Florida location. With a footprint spanning from Maine to Florida and Wisconsin, this expansion marks an important milestone in the company’s continued growth.
This strategic investment will create new jobs within the Lakewood Ranch community while strengthening iAutomation’s presence in the Southeast region. By increasing production capacity, the new facility will enhance operational efficiency and allow the company to better serve its customers with faster delivery and expanded manufacturing support.

The Florida facility is led by Production Manager Jake Girardot, who oversees a growing team that includes eight assemblers, a test technician, and a production team lead.
Together, the team is focused on delivering high-quality production support to meet the evolving needs of customers throughout the Southeast.
iAutomation’s Florida facility operates alongside its sister company, RND Automation, within the same building. While the companies share the location, they maintain distinct operations to ensure customers receive dedicated support and specialized automation solutions tailored to their unique manufacturing needs.
