A powerful and accessible automation solution
The PALTZ.i50 is designed for high-speed and heavy-duty applications, with:
· Up to 50 kg (110 lbs) of payload to handle boxes, bags, pails, bottles and complex multipick patterns
· Speeds starting at 14 cycles per minute, with the ability to increase throughput significantly using Variable Multipick
· Zone muting with a complete light curtain system for uninterrupted operation during pallet swapping
· A built-in high-performance blower vacuum that provides strong and reliable gripping

Designed for simplicity from installation to operation
True to beRobox’s plug-and-play philosophy, the PALTZ.i50 requires no advanced programming and installs in less than an hour. It rolls on casters, requires no anchoring, and integrates seamlessly into your operation. Once the unit is in place, operators can configure and launch production directly through STACKiT, beRobox’s proprietary software.
“At beRobox, we develop palletizing solutions that address real challenges. Customers asked for a high-speed, heavy-payload system that was as easy-to-use as the rest of our product line, and the PALTZ.i50 delivers exactly that,” said David Demers, CEO of beRobox.
Safety built into every detail
The PALTZ.i50 includes a complete safety package designed for uninterrupted and compliant operation. It features collapsible hard fencing, side doors, a full light curtain system and multiple Request Access buttons allowing operators to safely mute zones when needed, all while maintaining maximum uptime.
