Procter & Gamble’s Crest 3D White Luxe Whitestrips® carton featuring a trapezoidal structural design with multi-color printing and holographic foil stamping helped Diamond Packaging earn a Gold Award in the “Pharmaceutical/Healthcare” category in the 71st annual North American Paperboard Packaging Competition.

The competition, sponsored by the Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC) and judged by a jury of packaging professionals, industry experts, and professors, is a celebration of the industry and its creative potential. It is also an affirmation of paperboard as the clear and intelligent choice for packaging in today’s eco-conscious world.

The carton was converted utilizing Clearwater Candesce® SBS paperboard and offset-printed with three process colors, three custom colors, and opaque white ink, inline with UV gloss coating.

The custom-designed multi-layered, diamond-shaped holographic foil pattern on the front and top panels complements the trapezoidal graphic patterns and the carton’s shape to convey the sparkling essence of diamonds, reinforcing the benefits of the ultimate in consumer-grade teeth whitening products.
